I was looking forward to getting to the room and then head to the hotel bar. However, the bar closed at 7:30! Otherwise it was a nice stay. No brochures for area attractions though.

My stay was fine until on Saturday evening, a man stating he was the manager followed my husband to our room demanding we pay $100 for our Service pup. I think he thought because we covered the dog head when entering and leaving that we were trying to sneak him into the hotel (negative stereotyping), but our pup doesn’t mix well with strangers because he is very protective, and the hotel was full of people. That manager (?) actually scared me. While my husband was coming into our room on the second day of our stay and this man was in the doorway demanding $100. We normally bring our travel trailer, but a severe storm was coming through so we chose the hotel. We won’t stay again. Felt very uncomfortable with his approach.

Okay but not great

We chose this hotel specifically for the indoor pool for my kids and it was closed both days we were there. The hallways smelled of weed and the floor above us had kids running around throwing things at 12 am. Overall the place was decent. You could tell a dog had been left in the bathroom due to the scratch marks. The room was clean and the breakfast was great. The front desk workers were very kind.

Prado is the bee's knees!

Me and my family decided to get a room for a night at the Prado for spring break. The main reason we chose Prado was because of the wonderful price, but the amenities offered there in were well above and beyond what we could've thought/expected!

nice hotel, found a strand of hair in the bed and a couple stains but to be expected for price. overall nice all the workers seemed sweet. a little hard to check in cause you need a key to be let in to the building so you have to hope an employee sees you and lets you in otherwise you are stuck outside. good for safety but hard for check in.

Convenient location, needs a good cleaning

The hotel was in a convenient location. Not the cleanest property. We chose it to relax in the pool and hot tub on a long drive. Both were closed; the hot tub as you can see was empty. Breakfast was good but none of the food was hot.
