I didn't have towels in the room, I went to ask 3 times and the person on the counter told me to come back at 8:15 PM to get the towels and when i went to get the towels he just told me that he gave it to me already so he no have anymore towels.

Overall, my stay was good. However, the tub faucets could use an update—the pull-up stick to access the shower was broken. Additionally, I wasn’t sure if I was supposed to request them, but having basic dishes available in the room would be useful.

Book a room for my birthday, Got to Jackson around 8 went straight to Georgia Blue restaurant ate & hade some drinks, arrived to the hotel at 9:30 to find out we couldn't check in because the lobby closed at 9 so we drove 2hrs back home
