Room 400 did not have bulbs in the light above the sink, bathroom door did not lock, the main door in our room would not shut good. Every time we stay here the service is great and it is clean but something in our room normally is broken or doesn’t work.

I arrived one pm to my room not made up at all. There was usually no one present at front desk. I’ve tried to contact hotels.com about a refund and can’t get ahold of anyone.

I liked the front desk guy for the night shift. He was very nice and accomodating. The next morning we got to leave and found a ton of ants in our cloths and computer bag. Not pleased.
