Nice, clean, modernized, good value. Only hit - breakfast was "meh", but free. And another bothers me...saying WIFI is free is a misnomer - you have to start an account with Hilton Honors and their app to get the free WiFi (best I could tell).

The room was amazing. The on suite was something you wished you had at home. The only reason for the 4 and not a 5 was the air conditioner in the room dudnt work. You toggled it to 65 and the room heated up to 80. They offered a different room but we were already unpacked.

Very nice. Extremely clean. Front Desk was pleasant and educated us on restaurants in the vicinity. Will diff come back to HAMPTON in Richland MS The beds and pillows were very comfortable. The breakfast buffet was exceptional.

Bathroom tub seemed very creaky and unsturdy for short average size person. Bathroom counter was leaning like it was about to fall off of the wall. We stay here every year and it is time for some repairs.
