First time staying at a Spark hotel. We were pleasantly surprised. This room was almost $100 cheaper than other rooms in the area. Was hesitant to stay but quite pleased

We stayed here when we went to a concert at the Brandon Amphitheater. It is walkable to the venue (.7 mile). The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. Restaurants nearby. The ac worked great in the summer heat.

For the cost to stay, you should offer a decent breakfast. Cereal and bagel? Really? Room was comfortable, no pool. Could not rest do to kids running in hallways and jumping around in room above us. I can say it was very clean though. Not sure I will stay here again. Pay the price I did and no decent breakfast.
