The set ip was basic and very minimalistic. I thought the breakfast would be more similar to the Hampton Inn, but it was literally packaged muffins, hostess smacks, and the yogurt machine was broken.

It was a nice room for the occasion. We were walking distance from the amphitheater and got a rain out for a concert we were supposed to see. The room was nice as well as the staff. Only giving 3 stars on this stay because the crowd that decided to hang out in the parking lot were extremely loud and it carried on for over an hour or so.

Great staff, very clean. Appeared to be remodeled older hotel. It was in a convenient, well lit location. Check out was 12, I appreciated that! Bagels, fruit, cereal, yogurt, coffee/juice for breakfast. Breakfast bar was well attended. I would stay here again.

We really liked the no-fuss modern design and comforts. Bed was comfortable too! Only issue with overnight: Loud TV behind our headboard (at the wall shared by our headboard - in room next door) Breakfast, unfortuantely, was sub-par. Coffee was weak and tasteless. But love that half n half! No fresh fruit options No way to prepare packaged oatmeal except to add hot water. (Needs microwave for preparation.)

Their definition of FULL BREAKFAST was NOT what i expected. It only consisted of coffee, tea, muffins, prepackaged cearal, yogurt and imitation juice (a continental breakfast). Room was clean, and beds were comfortable. We were surprised that they provided full size containers of shampoo (was empty though) and body soap. Had a little trouble signing in because EXPEDIA is using the WRONG NAME. STILL IS even after I've tried correcting it

I was disappointed that our roim wasn't serviced after coming back from my brother's funeral. After speaking to the staff, they said that housekeeping has left for the day. Very disappointed!!!
