Not at all like the photos.

We checked in at the front desk and were immediately unsatisfied with the lobby. It had a mildew smell and looked in need of some upkeep. We went up to our room and were highly disappointed to find that it smelled heavily of cigarette smoke even though we clearly chose a nonsmoking room due to my severe allergies. We went right back down to the desk and checked out. We could not stay there and will never.

Great price, great hotel!

Our room (134) was clean, quet, comfortable bed - we were very satisfied. Breakfast was good, plenty of choices. Lobby and breakfast area were welcoming. We really liked that we could walk to the beautiful ocean beach.

Our stay at the Amelia Hotel was enjoyable for the whole family. The room was clean and offered a nice view of the ocean. The hotel and surrounding area were pleasantly quiet during our visit at the end of April. We really appreciated the convenience of having a restaurant/bar and a park right across the street. There was also a bike rental shop next door, and we had a great time riding along Egan's Greenway, where we spotted lots of birds, turtles, and even two alligators! The hotel’s breakfast was a great bonus, offering a wide variety of options including eggs, sausage, potatoes, French toast sticks, cereal, yogurt, oatmeal, bagels, English muffins, coffee, apple and orange juice. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience, and we’d definitely consider staying again!

Stayed here many, many times, however the last 2 visits the faucet in the room were leaking. The very last visit it was so bad I had them move me to a different room. Hotel staff please check rooms for faucets leaking. But I again I’ve stayed here many in the last year was a happy except past 2 hopefully they get this fixed.
