Hotel is brand new so everything was clean spotless. Walls are a little thin but still a peaceful stay. Breakfast was great. From the make your own waffles to fresh fruit, to frittatas to yogurt, this was a good breakfast for everyone.

We were originally in a handicap accessible room. I thought it was odd there was no shelving or table in the bathroom to place your items. The hot water was only warm and the air conditioning didn’t seem to be working properly. I asked the front desk clerk about moving and he obliged. He even allowed me to check out the room. It was perfect.

Impeccable experience all round. Gorgeous marble floor tiles, breezy check in, helpful staff ( shout out to Steven Monroy) well appointed lobby, spacious, clean rooms and very good breakfast buffet. We will stay here again.

Friendly, helpful staff. Lobby was clean and smelled amazing each time you walk in. The rooms were spacious. The pool was a bit too cold. The housekeepers didn't do a great job in the room at all. The first day we came back to the room after they cleaned it, the bed was put together very sloppy, they took out the trash but did not sweep anywhere or clean anything.
