Outstanding staff from the front desk, breakfast staff and cleaning staff. The breakfast staff was so accommodating. Our room was extremely clean. The front desk (Marie) was so helpful with my oxygen. We will be staying here again!

The bathroom sink had dark human scum on it when we checked in. The staff allowed noisy guests to gather and carry on loud conversations past midnight. When the party was over, the music was left blaring loud until one of my many calls to the front desk was answered after 2:00 a.m.. No apology was offered for the many hours of unnecessary noise. Overall, this was my worst Hilton Honors property experience in over forty years of traveling and favoring their brand.

The property was clean and nice , however , I was placed at a lower level room next to the laundry / facilities room and at 6 am the cleaning staff thought it was alright to have a very loud visiting session right outside my room . I’m from the west coast and was abruptly woken up and needless to say I wasn’t very happy . It persisted for a couple hours .
