Check in and out were easy, very friendly staff, and the room was very clean. Even being so close to a very busy highway, it was very quiet inside all night. However....the bed was as hard as a rock. Can't imagine more than just a couple of nights at most struggling to find a comfortable sleeping position.

Booked and prepaid for two rooms, however upon arriving at the hotel the receptionist would only honor one of the room reservations; she would not accept the expedia receipt and we were forced to pay for the second room again; at a higher rate. While Expedia has agreed to refund us for one of the hotel rooms, we would like for the Hampton to honor the original booking price and refund us the price difference.

Upon arrival Friday December 5,2025 around 5:49p.m.. the Younglady at the front desk was very pleasant & patient with a warm welcoming attitude that matched her smile. She got my husband & I checked in right away and pointed out the breakfast area, gym, & pool. The entire place was very clean from the outside to upstairs. The room was cozy, soft & comforting after a long day. Needless to say we slept very well. We always enjoy our stays as a member we are very satisfied. Thank you
