Every thing was fine , people nice and facilities were sufficient. Only complaint was the card readers on the outside doors would not hardly work at all, and you had to walk around to the front of the building

We have stayed at this property many times! They are now catering a bit more for Mayo--you need to contact the hotel directly by phone to get a Mayo rate. That was the reason for my travel to JAX. Breakfast was very fresh & good!

The hotel is great, is clean and the breakfast very delicious and varied. The staff is super friendly and helpful. About 10 minutes from Mayo Clinic so that’s wonderful.

The coffee provided in-room was awful. Recommend Keurig K cups. Lobby/breakfast coffee was fair at best. For a Hilton property this is a big disappointment in how a guest starts their day.

Great place to stay.

I stayed overnight for an appointment at Mayo. They had a shuttle service which was great. I will have to return for a week of evaluations and will stay here.
