Room is in good condition, bathroom fixtures need to be replaced badly in the bathtub/ shower. I know it’s difficult to find good front desk help, and the first girl upon check-in was very friendly, but slow as molasses. The next morning, I went to get coffee I couldn’t find it because the lights were turned off in the dining room. When I asked the girl at the front desk. She pointed over in the general direction. I said the room in the dark and she said yes

The room was spotless and the view was nice. The staff was so friendly and accommodated us for a late checkout being one of us was having surgery and wasn't able to be with the other person in the party. It was nice waiting at the hotel instead of the hospital The breakfast was very good.

The room was fine. Bed very comfortable. Sheets and pillows delightful! The breakfasts were the best we've had at a hotel in many years. The woman in charge of keeping everything tidy and filled did an excellent job! Check in and out were speedy. This hotel also offers a shuttle to Mayo Clinic if you dont want to drive there, though it's just one exit away off Rt. 202/Butler Blvd. A Publix is in the plaza next door should you need/want anything.

We suffered from a power outage from about 3am to 830am. We had to use the light from our phones to move around in the dark. It was cold so I sat in my car to stay warm for a few hours. I thought we'd get compensated for such a terrible experience but nothing was said or done. I was very disappointed.
