This was close to the Mayo Clinic where my spouse was an inpatient. My room was on the 2nd floor. This was fine but could hear conversations from the parking lot. Overall, it was great especially the staff! Would stay again.

We stay here when ever we come down to Mayo for treatment. Good location for Mayo and right near a good Publix. There’s a ruby Tuesday across the parking lot Carpet in room due for a cleaning Night light in bathroom would be helpful

The beds were uncomfortable, the room had a smell had to go next door a buy some Lysol, the bathroom shower faucet was broken, the sign said no pets when getting on the elevator a lady with a dog got on and got off the fifth floor

I checked in and I ended up staying an extra night after checking out and then getting another room the first time I stayed there for the two days I kept hearing the washer and dryer for my room and there was only maybe 9 to 10 stations on the TV Which was all news and I am disabled so I wasn’t able to leave my room the third night I stayed there. I checked into my room unpacked everything and 10 minutes after I was in there I kept wondering why the floor felt wet and sticky along with the pillow spilling damp so maybe disabled I had to pack up everything plus my service dog go to the front desk and she put me into a different room, but the fact that I had to deal with all of this when I shouldn’t have had to plus the bathroom door look like it was coming apart and it’s stuck. The refrigerator in my room was not keeping the food cold

Honestly it was a solid hotel. Staff was nice. Easy check in. Decent price. Great location (we smeared there for Mayo). And it had a ton of options for food writhing 10 minutes. Room just smelled a tad musty and as a whole the building kind of smelled mildewy.
