The property is very close to the beach and social areas. The staff is always friendly and helpful. We really enjoyed the environment. However, the hotel lacks other features that other hotels offer, such as bike rentals etc. Also, I thought the $20 charge for warming your food was excessive, considering that the other hotels in the areas have in room microwaves.

Our stay wasn’t too pleasant this time. I have stayed here before and it wasn’t nothing like this our room wasn’t clean and even after asking them it didn’t happen. They never swept the entire 8 days. I will say my grandkids loved the pool and the beach& the best part for me was the pizza that they made. Unfortunately for me I want be returning next year. I must say there was one lady at the desk she was very helpful in making sure we kept the same room even after we were told we couldn’t I want to thank you very much I appreciate you I can’t remember her name but she has an ancient. You are the best.

The valet parking is TERRIBLE! No internet, phone, washcloths. Conditioner was empty or not coming out of dispenser. The customer service at the shop was poor..tried to purchase ice cream and the worker couldn’t figure out how to ring it up. Second time we were ignored.

The rooms are very well decorated and very clean. The pool area is really nice and it doesn’t hurt that the property is right on the ocean.. they can nickel and dime you a bit actually charging you for the microwave which I think is a bit cheesy other than that. The staff are excellent and the valet parking is a plus.
