Hotel had a very nice lobby and the rooms were nice. The beds were comfortable. The only thing that was difficult was the parking, it was valet only unless you can find a spot around the hotel, which are scarce. Love staying there!

The staff was pretty rude. I love Margaritaville so much but specifically the women at the front (I forget her name- she has glasses) was very rude. I got engaged this time and I was planning to have my wedding there but now I don’t know just because of that. We also had blood on our sheets but she did replace them, which was good. Everything else was good!

The room was decorated nice. Mattresses were not very good. Bathroom sink drain was very slow. The late night employee checking us in was very unpleasant. Not only to us, but to a guest that called on the phone with a question while we were standing there. Unless you want to valet, parking was iffy.
