We loved the hotel and our room! The only thing that would make it better would be a breakfast area that opens early...The little area that makes a few sandwiches and coffees sufficed though.

Our stay was great. Lovely rooms and very quiet as well. Restaurant had good food and friendly waitstaff. Would definitely stay again. Only negative is that parking is scarce if you don’t valet.

We loved the atmosphere of the property and had a blast around the firepit! The room was spacious and clean. They even have two robes for you to use while you are there. Its a beautiful hotel. We will definitely be back.

The price was way high the pool heater broke we couldn’t use pool. They said they would credit $50 but they didn’t. The shower was like an ice skating rink. One of my granddaughters fell. The dinner we had was a disaster. Food was bad and waitress was very slow.

They were able to check us in early which was extremely helpful!! Allen at the desk was so accommodating and helpful. Property was in a great location, on site food was delicious and lots of other options within walking distance. Heating element in the pool was not working so that was a bummer. Bathroom could have been cleaner.

I stayed at the Margaritaville Hotel, Jacksonsville Florida recently for 4 days. I’m a doctor but I am also a secret shopper for a few different restaurants. When it was check in time at 4pm at the front desk, the room was not ready. I had to come back later and was given a different room. My room had no shower door on one side of the shower which allowed the shower head to spray a large amount of water onto the bathroom floor. I had to towel it up after each shower. The shower head could have been located on the opposite end of the shower stall to prevent this. No light switch in the room turned off the light in between the beds. There was no switch on the lamp to turn it on and off so I had to take the actual bulb out of the socket to turn off the light. The bathrobes provided were scratchy and hard. If bathrobes are going to be provided, they should be soft and comfortable. The elevator required each person to swipe the room card on the elevator sensing board first before the elevator would travel to the appropriate floor. There was always a little confusion for newbies riding the elevator. The hotel was in a great location next to the pier
