This property is under extensive renovation. There are loud noises all day long, workers painting all over the exterior, and large boxes and equipment on all levels. The elevator in the parking garage is closed and requires a long walk to the resort. Our experience was not good.

This is a fabulous resort with outstanding service, gorgeous views and beautifully decorated for the holidays. The grounds are large and have everything right there from shops to a variety of restaurants to 18 hole putt putt golf all in walking distance. My family and I will be back.

We encountered a rather disappointing experience; it was not disclosed at the time of booking that the hotel is under renovation, no lobby area to enjoy a drink or music during cold winter days. Everything is under renovation. Make sure to wait till summer 2026.

Hot tub and pool not available, Our room was not clean, dirty tub and bath. Shower walls and faucet were corroded. Staff did not seem to be concerned about our issues. I stayed in nicer Days Inns. There no spa or massage as they are remodeling. This was not disclosed at booking. Total RIPOFF!
