The service was great. It was conveniently located. The carpet in our room was dirty, and the mattress had hills and valleys in it. There was surprisingly wide variety for breakfast. Overall. We’d probably stay again hoping for a better mattress.

The photos of this place were fake stock photos… the whole place was run down, icky, and gross… I would have NEVER stayed her had the photos been accurate. The front desk clerk was very nice and accommodating, which was the only redeemable thing about this place. If you are a ghetto hotel just say that. Don’t lie. I dis not feel safe here as a single woman.

Excellent Pre-Cruise Stay

This hotel was on our route to the cruise port in Jacksonville. All staff we came in contact with were very friendly and helpful. The free breakfast was delicious. I would stay here, again.
