Check-in was ok.. Had trouble finding the room. Me and my kids finally find the room enter to a roach on the bed. Freezer dirty outside of freezer door busted open, inside fridge dirty crumbs everywhere, tub ran from dirt not being cleaned out, dirty rags under sink in “kitchen”,

The room that they placed me in the first time was disgusting and infested with Roaches and the second room smelled like dog piss. It was gross and the place would have people hanging around outside the hotel that was noisy.

My stay had been great the staff is awesome. I bought my own cleaning supplies abd cleaned both rooms i occupied while there. The elevator being broke sucks and the rooms definitely need some maintaince and ac units could use some much needed tlc. Other than that it was comfortable. Being in 3rd floor with a broke elevator and alot of belongings sucks but i got my excersize in for sure.

The unit smelled of mold , dead bolt on door didn’t work. Ac units had all broken buttons didn’t work. Pulled the sheets down there were bugs on the bed !!!!!!

The first room was dirty, trash on floor and trash can full in bathroom. Dirty wash cloth and soap left in sink. Second room shower curtain had no hooks but hair weave and shoe string to hold it up. Not worth $100
