An excellent hotel for a short getaway in JB. Facilities are clean and well maintained. Location is just a stone's throw from CIQ. Highly recommended.

Thoughtfully renovated comfy place. Shower, mirror, sofa, bed, cabinets, kitchen area all were so good..huge toilet size with long mirror with lights..

Hotel and staff were fantastic and the food was excellent. The only negative is there isn't anything around within walking distance as far as restaurants and shops. This was not a problem for me but as a new visitor to Malayasia i would have liked to explore more in the linited time i had at the hotel.

Typical authentic Malaysian hospitality from check-in to check-out. Malaysians are one of the most authentically hospitable, warm, and friendly people in the world. The staff at the breakfast restaurant was so helpful and attentive despite being extremely busy and so willing to help. Lily at check-in was so welcoming as were the other ladies. In the words of the Terminator ... "we'll be back". :-)

Location is great. Staff is very friendly. Allow us late checkout at 1pm which gives us more time to enjoy the facilities.
