The beds were comfortable and clean. The property was in the middle of furniture swaping so there was a lot of activity and mess. The soundproofing is very bad so you can hear your neighbors. We thought our tv was on but it actually was our neighbors. Good silicon earplugs are a must.

Our favourite place to stay in Kamloops. The balcony suite is fabulous for the price. Book early as the rooms with a view book up fast. Sundecks by the river are peaceful especially after a long drive.

My issue was with the hot tub. Not the best maintained and floor was sloped and had a nasty slip but not injured. BBQArea not clean or maintained. Breakfast was hot but lack luster. Breakfast limited selection and bland. Don’t expect much. But overall a good stay. We had MC and parked right out front and didn’t worry much.
