Bring your shampoo!! Worst shampoo I’ve ever tried. Clustered a little as they’re lots of furniture and not that much space to circulate. Very friendly service. Well located.

We have stayed at the Royal Kelowna several times over the past 10 years. Property age is starting to show, appliances older, jacuzzi didnt work. Our room smelled of strong cologne. No option to change room. Pot smoking and party next door and front desk said a security guard makes his rounds later, of which we didnt see. Great location, just not the 5 star resort it use to be.

Concierge was friendly and helpful, housekeeping person for our room was terrible. Poor clean up after first night and a no show/ room not made up at all after second night. Several reasons why given, none believable.

Great Stay

We had a great stay. The room was very comfortable and well equipped. The large balcony had a beautiful mountain view overlooking the boardwalk with views of Okanagan Lake. The rooftop pool and hot tub were the highlight of our afternoons.
