Room and staff were lovely, friendly, and helpful. Restaurant food was excellent although a bit pricey, but that was expected. Great location and grounds were very well maintained. I'd stay there again.

The property is located in the heart of the Key West / Duvall area. It was fine. I received an email asking if there was anything special I needed and I specifically mentioned a desire to celebrate ky wife’s birthday and asked for recommendations. Zero response. Workers on property were fine but one was consistently wearing a skeleton leather jacket which seems unprofessional and somewhat off-putting for a supposed top luxury resort. Overall not impressed, but it was fine. Not worth the high price tag for a special occasion.

Absolutely incredible place to stay in key west. The staff was amazing and made sure that our stay was perfect. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and spacious. The location is in perfect walking distance to all the popular spots and the bar at the hotel made some amazing specialty drinks. We would absolutely recommend this place!!

Clean rooms and attentive staff. The pools and guest spaces are wonderful areas to relax and enjoy the property. Coffee, tea and water was available by the pools and the staff made sure we had what we needed to enjoy our stay. We will be back!

This place is a gem. I may not be able to stay anywhere else in Key West again. Staff were wonderful, location was perfect, room was beautiful/clean and pool/outdoor area was stunning.
