Beautiful landscaping and pool areas. Excellent housekeeping services. Coffee and fruited water readily available. Easy access to restaurants on Duval, yet in a quiet neighborhood one block away. Aldone was very helpful. Front and rear porches gave a pleasant relaxed atmosphere. No full length mirror to prepare for wedding events. So we bought one at Ace Hardware and left it in the room.

Very easy access to restaurants on Duval but in quiet area. Easy walk to Truman White House. And to Sunset Pier. But no full length mirror to get ready for a wedding. We went to Ace Hardware and bought one.

Excellent time at the Marquesa. Great staff. Nice clean room. Enjoyed tea and lemonade with cookies in the lobby. Only downside is there is no elevator. We were on the third floor.

Perfect location. Loved having our own terrace. The grounds were lovely. The tuna tartare, grouper and pork ossobuco were heavenly at Cafe Marquesa. The staff were friendly and professional. All of this made up for the outdated AC unit.

This was a lovely boutique hotel in a fabulous location in Key West. We felt so relaxed and comfortable, and the staff were awesome - they could not have done more for us. The plantings around the pools are amazing.

Historic Gem -Perfect Location

Our stay at the Marquesa was excellent. We loved the friendliness and absolute charm of this place. The location couldn’t have been more perfect. It was so close (walking distance to everything), but just off the beaten path enough to not be bothered by nightlife when we were done for the night! The only change I might make next time is to pick a top floor room or a room with no one above us as we heard every footstep and closing door of our upstairs neighbors. We would definitely go back if traveling to Key West again!

We loved the Marquesa. We stayed in a junior suite which was beautiful. We especially loved the wonderful bedding and the little patio. The heated pool was right outside our door and we enjoyed hanging out there after a day of touring Key West. The parking was convenient but expect to pay (around $30 a night). Was in a convenient location within walking distance to most of Key West.

Excellent stay.

We had a fine stay. Our room was secluded. That is a good description. All the little balconies had a real secluded feel. Views to the other balconies were all obscured. Staff was game on. The cafe is recognized as one of the best restaurants on the island, get a dinner reservation well in advance of your stay.
