I filed a claim for reimbursement. Terrible customer service. Deplorable conditions. If I had any other options I would have checked out night 1. I did leave promptly after night 1 despite the fact that I had reservations through the next two nights.

Breakfast was subpar and that’s being generous! one loaf of bread, eggs and undercooked sausage ( Cereal was empty). Front desk staff was unattentive and more concerned with playing PlayStation than providing good service. Elevator should have read “ For display only” it was out of service the entire stay and we stayed on the third floor. Cable did not work in the room, so it was a paperweight. The room has two outlets outside of the bathroom so I hope you don’t need your phone! The curtains were broken and couldn’t be moved, thank goodness there was hot water and a bible! Otherwise I would have had a terrible stay!

Elevator was out and our room was in the 3rd floor. There was not contact to mention prior to our arrival. We went down just after 8am and most of the breakfast items were gone. Small parking lot and it was full!

I stayed here last night and it was okay. Floors were still wet from being shampooed.. I left to go eat with my boyfriend and intentionally left the bathroom light on because it was dark when I first went it. When he and I arrived back, the bathroom light was off. Obviously someone had been in there. I stayed because my boyfriend stayed as well but it didn’t sit well at all. I definitely am not going back- especially if I’m alone.

There were not enough parking spaces and folks were parked in the grassy areas. The online check in made getting our room key easy once we arrived. Then we saw the sign telling guests to use the elevator at their own caution. The room itself was humid and muggy and the very noisy AC did not do a good job of regulating the room temperature. We also did not have any hot water and the toilet sit slid off as soon as e tried to use the restroom. The bed was comfy but we did not rest well and did not stay for breakfast. The reviews were misleading and I wish we’d stayed somewhere different.

The hotel itself smelled clean upon arrival. Our rooms were clean and quaint. The parking lot was very full. It was getting full late in the evening, by morning later guests had parked in the grassy area. They had a sign pisted regarding the possibility of elevator issues. We fortunately experienced none. The walls are a little thin for noise but not unbearable. Breakfast had several options including scrambled eggs, those could be improved and the sausages tasted great but they look under cooked. There were cereals, yogurts, juices, fruit, and different bread options all with a variety of condiments. That staff we encountered were very pleasant as well. Would stay again.

Parking not an issue. The road noise kept me up all night. I had to be up at 4AM for a golf tourney so i got zero sleep either day. It was if some window was open or the noise able to come thru the AC vent that was outside. I cannot recommend anyone stay there. Also whomever was above me was bouncing a ball which

This was our second time staying here and was completely satisfied. The only complaint was it isn't easy to get a hold of the front desk prior to my stay. The line was non stop busy. Otherwise, everything was great.
