Except for mattresses evererything is below standards, dirty yellow towers in bathroom , breakfasts is included, but it is not easy to get it, doors to separate building were locked elevator from-to 3rd floor not working

The room smelled, there was what looked like chewing tobacco on the ceiling, the carpet was wet by the air conditioning, the linen was stained and dirty, the air conditioner sounded like it was about to break down and there was NO breakfast in either location the next morning and a lot of the guests were complaining about that! Then they charged us for damage to a comforter that was not done! Even the cleaning lady came in when we were checking out and didn’t say anything and was very nice! They said they would send me pictures of the damage and I still haven’t seen anything yet!

Check in was awesome. I was greeted right away and i had pre-checked in and she already knew who i was. The only down fall id say was how loud the AC is in the rooms.

It had a 7 star review but I would give this place a 1 star. The bathroom tub was cracked, it was patched and did not seem clean. There was a dehumidifier in the room and in the lobby the roof was leaking water. The staff was so friendly but that was the only thing that was nice. The breakfast was not a good option hardly anything and they wanted you to go to the other hotel for breakfast. It just seemed dirty and not clean.

The offered hot breakfast at the related hotel next door was also not much more and tasted terrible.the advertised area for dogs to run free was not existing. Waited at front desk for 20 minutes with no one working when I came to check in. Staff finally arrived stating it was shift change. Got to my room and the keys didn’t works. Neither of them. So I lug all my stuff back down to the first floor to get new ones. Hot water in the shower? Not even a drop. 0/10 happy with this stay.

The room was very clean, except it had a strong musty smell. By the bathroom there was a very strong chemical smell. There was no hot water the night we checked in, but there was in the morning. Breakfast consisted of a few bagels and English muffins with mostly empty counter space. While the room had been updated, there were many items missed. The door stuck so we had to give it a hard push to open or close it. All of the corners where the floor meets the walls were unfinished, the tile in the shower was new, but they used the old rusted hand bar. We will not stay at this chain in the future.

We waited until checkin time only to have to wait longer because our room wasn’t ready. However, two guests (one was a large group) came after us and were checked in immediately! No wait time at all! Hmmm! Please make sure all rooms are ready BEFORE guests arrive! No calls should be made when guests arrive to see if the room is ready! There were enough hotel workers just leisurely browsing around that can assist with rooms being prepared for arriving guests! I’ve never seen so many hotel workers browsing around like that!
