The employees might not get treated very well as the service was rough. Just to get drinks at dinner took an hour. This lack of service was consistent and the hotel is run down.

Our experience was wonderful. The only area that could use improvement is check in. The lines were long and the kiosk lines had issues so a lot of people ended up moving to an in person lime which meams they had to wait in line twice. Other than that we had a blast and will be back!

We got there are 3:45, checked in. We waited for the room to be ready but it was not ready at 4. It's Monday and rooms aren't ready. Can't imagine what weekends are like. They charged me for parking and then I was charged again when I got out at the gate.

The kids had a terrific time. We didn't expect the atmosphere to be so cold. It was very uncomfortable to be wet because it was so cold in the water park. Most people were noticeably freezing. Our sofa bed linens were disgustingly filthy. The water at our sink was ice cold and took about 10 minutes to warm up with every use. The food is not only overpriced but not good overall. Our bed was comfortable. It's great that we can access the water park before check in and after check out. The staff were very nice. Being able to order food from the app was very convenient. Accessing customer service by text is also convenient as long as your request gets entered the first time you make it. The buffet needs better food options. Check in takes a very long time at the front desk.

Bad service. Incompetent staff. Staff tried to make me pay for the room that I had already paid in full for, made me wait for the room for almost 3 hours past 4pm checkin, tried to compensate me for the long wait in a for of activity passes for the activities that were already closing, did not set up sofa bed in the room and told me I had to get the bedding from them and set it up myself. I paid over $500 for one night for the room and waited for almost 3 hours to get it and set up myself. Awful experience then told to complete

Something for everyone!

Amazing stay with our two grandsons, 4 & 7. Second time with them and chose to stay 2 nights this time. So happy we did! We also went ahead and purchased Wolf passes for both of them, best value! We were hesitant to spend additional $130 but well worth it! Also gives various discounts throughout the resort. Looking forward to next trip to Great Wolf! Gonna bring Mom/Dad, Aunt/Uncle, baby cousin! MagiQuest $$$ first time, but after first time as long as you bring you wand and mod back just need to buy game 9.99 each trip. 7 year old loved it!! 4 year loved it too, but not so in to quests!

We waited a long time to check in (because the GWL site wasn’t loading to send me a QR code) Check in is at 4, but the 4 of us waited in wet clothes until 5 for our room. My husband was still fully dressed because there wasn’t a locker available to put our items in. Overall, not a great first impression at all and don’t see us returning.

Everything was good except the price of everything we only stayed 1 night and spent over $2000, I spend that on week long vacations. I had a $100 deposit was sent my summary and I owed them nothing I was to receive my $100 back and they only sent me $29 back and trying to call and get it situated they had me on hold for over a hour. I called and asked others who I know who stayed there and 3 different people told me they did the same thing to them! I shouldn’t spent that much money out of pocket and they keep my deposit when it was owed back to me! I am very upset and will not be back or recommend it to anyone!

Overall an okay experience. There wasn’t a single soul available at the reception desk when we arrived around 3:40 so we weren’t sure how to proceed with the check in. Our room was cozy and comfortable however the toilet was running making noise all through the night . Food is very overpriced resulting in us and others eating offsite. We were also surprised that a nice hotel like this would also charge for parking. There seems to be a shortage of staff and our relatives room also was not cleaned properly upon their arrival .

It is a ver family friendly hotel. The only downside was being able to hear everything. Of course, kids are very excited and loud at all times, but parents are also stressed and arguing. We enjoyed our time aside from how loud it was.
