I had to book the 2 rooms that I booked for 3 days. This happened because I checked in late 4 am and you and the vendor had no remedy for this. I requested a refund from you and you refused eventhough you acknowledge not sharing the fact that Hampton Inn check in limit was 11pm. You knew and didnt not share this vital info with me. So I had to book twice and the second time. I wont be using your 3 rd party service again. You had a duty to protect me and failed to perform this duty costing me a fortune!

Room and amenities were great. But there was an additional charge on we arrived at the hotel. This was not told to me up front. So the price on Expedia is not really the price! Expect to pay additional fees upon check in!

The room was clean and comfortable, and the hotel is in a convenient location, which I really appreciated. However, my initial interaction with the staff left a negative impression. When I arrived, I was standing at the front counter in the lobby waiting for assistance with my bags. When I asked if she was ready for me, she responded, “Oh, I didn’t know why you were standing there.” The comment felt dismissive and not at all courteous. First impressions matter, and unfortunately, that experience set the wrong tone for my stay.

Nice stay

Our room was excellent,soft bed and very nice bathroom. The food was very good the cheese omelet and 2 kinds of waffles were excellent . We definitely enjoyed our stay.

Quick check in, bottle of water is a nice touch. Room nice, clean and spacious, stayed in an accessible room and it would be easy for a disabled person to get around. Breakfast was nice.

Great Hotel in a Quiet Location

I read other reviews prior to selecting this hotel and I was very pleased with this hotel stay. It's minutes from the interstate and as soon as you exit it's basically right there off highway 51. This highway is close to restaurants and gas stations. The front desk was friendly, courteous and professional. My personal favorite was Mrs. Yvette. The room and bathroom was very clean and I appreciated the fact it had a mini refrigerator and microwave. The TV was a nice size and came with the movie apps as well as the local channels. The bed and pillows were so relaxing on top of it. Breakfast was ok. Not fond of instant grits and the waffle maker was nice. Eggs had a nice color, but were on the cold side and the muffins too. Didn't remember seeing a microwave to heat up your food unless I brought it back to my room. Overall, I loved my stay and would'nt hesitate to stay there again. The exterior of the hotel is clean with beautiful landscaping. Hope it stays this way.
