The room smelled strongly of cigarette smoke, and the towels were very thin. The pillows were small and uncomfortable. The floors were dusty, the toilet had a dark ring around it, and the chair had visible stains. At check in, we were informed that housekeeping would not clean our room during our stay. We stayed for four nights and were later told by the front desk that we needed to locate housekeeping ourselves and exchange our dirty towels for clean ones. While the front desk staff was polite and professional, this was an experience I have never encountered at any hotel during my travels across the country.

The problem I had was there was a figure with snakes all about it on display on a shelf behind the front desk. Besides that, the beds were comfortable.

Room was comfortable and coffee was good. Very limited free tv if that is important to you. Most channels on the lineup including major news programming like Fox were locked. Good parking and easy to find. I would stay here again.

Biscuit and gravy on Saturday morning was the best! My room was cooled upon arrival. The reception staff was top notch. Very hospitable and friendly. Had a very comfortable stay.

The only downside was paying a $50 fee upfront incase something gets damaged. I personally think that fee should be charged after the room is inspected.
