Wheater was great, but the pool was very dirty notify the front desk and they said they will let maintenance know. Check the next day and the pool was still dirty. We had a room with a king size bed the pillows were horrible. They didn't have any cushion on them, and they look like pillows from a twin-size bed. The restroom was dirty and the worse part we order some additional towels and got some dirty ones and a couple of them had BLOOD on them. So, check your towels before you use them.

The staff was wonderful! My stay was good but i had minor complaints! I stayed on the 3rd floor... There was a trashcan in the middle of the floor collecting water... Part of the ceiling was uncovered with a big light shining thru... The room had an ordor but like any other hotel i brought my own cleaning and disinfectant supplies. The window seals and underneath was full of grout the bathroom and sink areas was black when i wiped everything with the lysol wipes... The headboard and the top of it was sooo black!

The room was clean. No vent in the bathroom made the room steamy after you showered. The pool was clean and had restrooms next to it that was nice for kids. Over all it was good and we will stay there again.

I normally stay at this property and leave great reviews. Unfortunately, I did not have a great experience this trip. The shower was cold, drain plugs were loose and on the counter, the water pressure was low, the bed was hard, and the outdated couch was an eye sore. I was afraid to sit on it or place luggage on it. This is the 3rd time we have stayed here and its always been great. However this time I chose my room on app and when we got there the room door was popped open, there was no working ac and it stunk. I went to front desk and she promptly gave me another room but biggest issue is she knew nothing about the room being in this condition. The maid service obviously failed her and me as a guest. being

I had a room for Friday night and we ended up going Thursday. I called to get a room for Thursday and we would have to move to a room. I went online and they said that the room was canceled and my money would be refunded. Was still charged for the room. We went to Comfort Inn and had a good experience. We have grandchildren in the area and come down several times a year.
