Room was terrible. Beds sagged in the middle they were so old, hard as rocks. I'm taking a 2-Star Best Western in Ludlow or Bouse or some other he!! hole town. Parking elevators all were screwed up. 3rd floor going down? Nope. You're going up to the 4th, back to stop at 3, and ONLY then do you make it to 1. Every time. And for the three that worked. We did get moved to another room that was 2% better than the first. Beds still sucked. Pillows were so fluffy and tall that for flatter pillow users, your neck will be destroyed. AND, our entire room was slanted, like not level, like is the hotel sinking? My General Contractor husband told me I was NOT losing my mind. Carpeting in the room was filthy. Socks were dirty after walking on the carpeting. First room, bathroom faucet leaked. Staff was great, really nice. But my goodness, this place needs a huge remodel and some rooms need to be out of service until they give them some love. Won't be staying here again.

Staff seemed very stressed out which made customer service not as well as it should be. The whole place needs a desperate makeover. It's old and worn out. I'll start with the parking garage, it was so dirty with trash. The casino entrance from the parking garage smelled like poop and urine. The casino itself was so smoky. The room didn't smell much better, it felt like you were sleeping on the bed springs. All the furniture hadn't been cleaned, the bathroom tub leaked, the bathroom sink drained very slowly and the TV didn't work. We sleep with our clothes on, due to the smell of the sheets.
