It was the worst stay in my life. It was really disappointing because I’ve always wanted to stay there. When it came to with the room, I kept calling the actual hotel. They kept hanging up on me and this happened about four times so I just booked it through Travelocity when we got there there was no one in the front desk we had to wait about 30 minutes and they still prioritized other people even though we were the first ones in line finally when we got to our room it was so dirty and disgusting. There was nasty things on the wall, the pictures and the chairs I did not feel comfortable with my kids staying there, and when I wanted to walk through with my children across the lobby, security stopped us and was being very rude. I will never stay in this hotel casino again.

In the land of smoke-filled casinos, the Golden Nugget Laughlin stands out! Hotel portion is non-smoking, with direct access from the parking garage (no meandering through a smoky casino to find the front desk). Room was well appointed and fairly priced.

The room was clean, but the bed was a bit uncomfortable, but that's because I have a problem with my hip. We love the vibe of this place especially the entrance. Staff are friendly and the machines are fun and feel fair in payouts. Maybe even a bit on the loose side for many of them so we enjoyed playing. This is our favorite spot when we come to Laughlin, which we do on a regular basis due to family living in Peach Springs rather than staying in Kingman. Regarding their restaurants: We've tried eating at Bubba Gumps twice, the first time we were seated and completely ignored, not even offered water. After about 20 min we just left. The second time I stood at the hostess station with another party and we were ignored and I finally left. Ate at the steak house and won't return. The salmon and broccoli were overcooked and the service wasn't very good. I recommend sticking with The Claim Jumper, their food is very good and the service is always warm and on point.

At check in I wasn't informed on the wifi password or where to find it, the housekeeper on the 3rd floor was helpful and let me know I had to turn of the TV to get it. The room was clean.

The check in process went smoothly. However, I was surprised that for one small dog, it was almost $100/night. They may be “pet friendly”, but the pet fee was more than the price we paid for the room. The room was clean and nice. Heating/cooling system had a loud fan that blew constantly. It was a challenge to get to sleep, even with earplugs in. The coffee pot (Keurig) did not work. My husband tried to make a cup of coffee on our way out. We left a note for housekeeping asking that they check it out. Did an express checkout over the phone that was easy and convenient. I am assuming the charge on my credit card was including an additional, refundable damage deposit. If not, and it goes through as it currently appears, I will be contacting The Golden Nugget. To question why it is so much.

It was a good experience until the toilet stopper working and the ac didn’t work. Asked the desk to fix it after 10 hours it still wasn’t fixed. I had to ask again after 10 hours and it was finally fixed.
