The elevators are a disaster -several in the north tower seemed not to be working and you had to wait in a 10-20 minute line to get to your room. The room was disgusting - coffee splashes under the desk and on the wall in the bathroom, hair all over the bathroom and shower floor. 3 tiny Pillows made for infants on a king size bed. Water view means side-on view - but one you can enjoy from a couch or from bed). Regardless there is not couch. No art. These are the newly renovated rooms. Not new furniture mind you. That was ancient. But the bathrooms are nice (aside from the hair and coffee - or whatever - stains) and the water pressure was great - sincerely.

Nice Stay with Great Amenities

We stayed in a king suite at Harrah’s Laughlin and had a great overall experience. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and check-in was quick and easy. We loved the adult pool and especially the private beach—perfect for relaxing. We’re planning to come back and bring our kids to enjoy the beach too. The biggest downside was the slow elevators, which caused long waits at times. Staff interactions were limited but very pleasant. We’d definitely stay again and recommend it for a laid-back riverside getaway.
