Property felt old, slots were very tight and even though there were a few food choices only a couple were open while we were there. Our teip to Laughlin was not a great experience. No need to go back.

Will most likely not return to this hotel.

When we got into our room it had no refrigerator, microwave or coffee maker as the site stated. The bar downstairs would not comp my friend a Pinot grigio unless she was betting $5 a hand even though she played quite a bit. So we went to the local VFW where the comps were better and drinks were more affordable. I rented two separate rooms and still waiting on the deposit refunds for both rooms.

I have been Harra’s guest for more than twenty years and I am very disappointed how the hotel has declined. 1 My bed sheets have stains 2 Mold in the bathroom 3 Recycled furniture from other hotels in very bad condition 4 Smelly rooms I hope they get better.

The newly remodeled rooms is just paint. Upon entering our room going into the bathroom I found a used Q-tip and other products on the edge of the counter. After opening up a drawer found a garbage bag just laying in there. Service in the casino is Dreadful spent over $300 and only received one drink.

Our state was absolutely terrible the rooms that are closest to the casino are going to be all south tower smoking rooms and it’s disgusting I couldn’t even breathe by the second night to change rooms they charge me an upgrade at $15 and took a side of a king bed to two queens it was the worst

This property was just okay. The resort fee seemed too high for what was available. It's location away for the other properties in Laughlin created a need for a car if you wanted to go anywhere else. Overall felt tired. The room was fine and clean, but minor problems such as a sink that couldn't be plugged was irritating. The staff was helpful.
