Harrah’s was filthy. The pool area was unclean with trash, dirty towels and debris in the pools. The casino was grungy and dated. Our hotel room was dirty and smelled like a sewer.

Rooms were clean. Bed was uncomfortable. Check-in associate was rude and we had to actually ask if she was available after standing there in line ( we were the only ones in line) and she acted like it was our fault that we were standing in line waiting for her to call us up.

Been to this location many times.. from its opening until this stay.. gotta say overall it’s not aging well. Slow & crowded elevators during morning evenings.. poor AC, thus lack of room comfort on 100* days. Location is great, steak house is a must,

Not a great stay/experience at Harrah's Laughlin

The room had trash in it, the elevators were horrible with lines around the corner. The pools were dirty , crowded and trash everywhere. When I called for housekeeping, I kept getting connected to front desk and the ping pong continued four times. Room was not cleaned when we were out for the day as requested. Then we were told we would be put on a list. No body wash or shampoo in the shower, they were empty. Our stay was NOT PLEASANT!! I regretted every moment being there.

I was beyond disappointed. Room that was given to us had dirty sheets. It looked like blood stains. I went to complain and still had to pay more money for another room. To top it off.. the phone was completely broken and the iron. Unbelievable
