Service wasn’t very good. Several employees complaining and cursing with no regard of who was listening. Room was kind of “stripped down.” No ice available unless you call front desk. No cups, blow dryer, etc. (The little amenities usually taken for granted in most hotels). Room was clean and bed was comfortable, though. Fast elevators. Dining options looked like regular restaurants online but were mostly microwaved food made by the bar staff

THIS WAS A BASIC ACCOMMODATION WITHOUT MUCH IN THE WAY OF AMENITIES. THERE WAS A SMALL REFRIGERATOR AND A MICROWAVE, BUT NO HAIR DRYER AND HOUSEKEEPING DID NOT CHECK IN. ROOM NOT MADE UP OR EXTRA TOWELS OFFERED DURING 3 DAY STAY. FRONT DESK STAFF VERY NICE.

The bathroom and beds were clean carpets could use a shampoo, but I suppose that’s pretty normal. Even though the room floors are non-smoking, they still smell of cigarettes.

Horrible and dirty

The room was very dirty, surfaces were sticky, the bathroom sink and tub would back up, in fact, sink never drained. We didnt even feel comfortable to take a shower. Old box tv that wouldnt turn on. We told front desk about our concerns and all she could say sorry.

Front desk was delightful but the whole place smelled like cigarette smoke. The room was surprisingly quiet considering the location which I appreciated. However, there was hair all over the sheets and bathroom of our room and one of the sheets had a notable hole.

Hotel was clean and comfortable. It is on the old side of times. The room spelled a bit like dirt but notnterribly bad. The bed was comfortable. The wifi would not work for me so i wasnt able to get mich work done in the room. Overall for the price it was a pleasant stay.

We stayed for one night because we had a concert at a neighboring resort. The hotel is very motel set up. Rooms are spacious, but very basic. The TV in the king size bedroom was tiny. The picture of the TV has our Stanley next to it, for comparison. The room was dated, but clean. No extra amenities, in fact, you get ice at the front desk. No microwave, no fridge. Very basic channels. The entire non-smoking floor smelled heavily of cigarette smoke, and mildew. I assume that’s normal because of the casino and the river. Housekeeping did bring us extra pillows, and the girl was nice.
