Location is great the hotel needs to be updated.

I always stay here when I go to Laughlin. However, the past few times the hotel shows it's age. The beds really need to be replaced. The AC in our room wasn't working very well either.

Typical B Tier Casino Property

A one-star property. But to be fair the entire town of Laughlin might be one-star. Old bathroom fixtures in the room, mold showing in the caulking, whole place smells of smoke because they still allow it inside. We were on a motorcycle trip, knew what we were getting into. Would never go back on purpose.

Didn’t get what I paid for

The staff were nice and the restaurants were great! The issue with this trip is I booked a non-smoking room (allergic to smoke) with 2 beds. Upon my arrival I was told they only had smoking rooms & they’d spray it. When I got to my room it was a king size bed. I wasn’t offered a voucher, discount anything for my inconvenience of not getting anything I paid for.

A really refreshing hotel. The value was on point, the rooms were very clean, not completely modern but did I mention clean? Beds were comfortable. TV worked well, shower and facilities were acceptable. Staff was friendly, will stay here again, very satisfied.

My room was dirty, old nasty moldy food in the refrigerator, cigarette butts on the floor, the ac was horrible and it was very hot in the room and and the phone was broken so when we tried to call the front desk we could not. The outlets did not work so we could not charge our cell phones. Room A5309. The kids did have fun in the pool however it closed at 9 so they could have adult swim yet theres was no adults so the pool remained empty.
