This is a nice stay for the price. The saying “ you get what you pay for” doesn’t apply here. Cheap price for clean, no frills, place to stay

The only reason I chose 1 star is that the room itself, although very minimalist, was remodeled. The door actually had large screw holes that went through to the outside that they had tissue pushed into so people could not peep into your room. The clientele was that of a metro crack house, the pool was so small and so full of people that you could not swim. The police where there last night and there where large groups of people just “hanging” out in the parking lot being loud had to turn the consistent fan on in the room just to sleep!! DO NOT STAY HERE!!It is NOT SAFE!

You get what you pay for but that being said, the room was clean and the bed very comfy. The landings on the staircase and the walkways to the rooms need to be addressed as they are somewhat saggy and spongy. Being on the third floor this can be disconcerting. The dinner at Huckleberry Flats was not up to standards. The brisket was sliced too thin, the sausage was dry and the ribs were slightly burnt.

I expected more after the reviews I read. The bathroom smelled bad. Floor hadn’t been swept. Towels stiff, stained and didn’t smell so good. Connecting room was so loud.

The room is very clean, should put the blow dryer, coffee pot, and little refrigerator in the room. I don't like the parking lot, it's on dirt and has a lot of rocks.

Where do I even start this review? The amount of hair that was left unnoticed by the cleaning staff in the bathroom was shocking!!! During showers the bathtub filled up to 7 inches with water (yes the drain was open) and continued to hold that level until the shower was concluded. At midnight the fire alarm went off periodically due to weekly maintenance required. We were also able to clearly listen to our neighbors conversations and tv program until they decided it was time for o go to bed at 3 am. I guess enjoy your stay here?

Loved our stay at the new pioneer, for years we stayed at the Colorado belle and we finally found a new favorite spot at the pioneer! The staff, the service and the people were awesome. Room was great, pool and beach for awesome and the gaming was excellent can’t wait to come back, we already booked our next trip before we even left.
