Room was very clean and comfortable. No daily room cleaning but that wasn't a big problem. Staff were excellent! The restaurant had great food and staff. The casino was small but the payouts were the best we had in Laughlin.

Internet speed was 3mb/s. No fridge or microwave. They charge a hidden $5 fee that isn't advertised in the taxes and fees. While the room was non smoking, it seemed that nearly everyone at the hotel was smoking all day long in the parking lot and the walkways, so smoke was still coming into my room under the door, and I wasn't even using the fan. The "beach" is a pile of stones. The restaurants seemed as bad as I expected.

Couldn’t believe no coffee pot, only two bath towels and 2 wash cloths and one hand towel, grout around bathroom sink not very clean and tile falling down in bathroom behind door. I believe the room may have been previously painted and drips in shower stall. Oh and cmon how about lamps with cell phone ports for charging be added to room so you don’t have to get on the floor under furniture to plug them in.

Room was clean and staff courteous. I just hate your 28 day stay rule. I have a credit card with a $17,000 limit and it's paid up to date. I am unemployed and looking for work with no permanent housing at this time. It's bad I have to change hotels every 28 days when I have the money to pay you!!!
