Staff was very friendly. TV was not working. I called 2x and someone arrived on the 3rd day to say not working in whole tower. Polish stains on chairs and cabinets were very sticky.

Checked in to room number one. Toilet wouldnt stop running and the air conditioner was VERY LOUD. Sent me to room number 2. Got settled in and turned on the TV. It didnt work at all. Had to move to room number THREE. It was just ok.

Ya get what ya pay for

The room came with bare essentials, but you could tell it had been used plenty of times by people up to no good. When I first walked up to the door upon arrival, you could see the paint chipped all over. Walking inside, you could see markings on the wall, the chipped dresser, and the chair in the corner, which was strained abs completely torn from the bottom. It was very off putting and I immediately wanted a room change, to which they immediately told me no, there’s nothing available. The gal on the phone with front desk was not the friendliest either. Very disappointing. I know I got it at a good rate, but why should that mean I get poor quality?

The A/C was at max "cool" when we arrived. It was very hot in our room at all hours of the day and night. The only vent points toward the desk. I asked for turn down service and our room was not cleaned during our multiple night stay.

Weve stayed here before and had no issues, but this time completely opposite. Upon arriving to our room, we noticed the restroom was a mess. It looked as if they didn't clean it. Had to call to have someone come. We reserved a room with fridge but we didn't have one. They tried to charge us more money, luckily they didn't. When we turned sink on it backed up, wouldn't drain. Had to call for them to fix it. At this point I tried to request a different room but they couldn't because they were sold out. Manager was rude, and didn't care at all about our issues. There was another family also telling her about their issues and she was even worse with them. At one point she yelled at them told them if they aren't happy they can f@#$en check out!! Great customer service. After all this we decided to just go and have some fun. When we got back to shower, no hot water!! And I mean none at all. Yes we notified them again. We had other family staying there as well, and they also had similar issues. I had asked other guest if they had any issues, and yup they also were having some. I had enough and spoke to another employee about all the problems. This time she was so much nicer, very apologetic. She waived the resort fees. For that I'm thankful but we will never stay here again. Such a bummer because this was a great place before. We did have a great time in laughlin, enjoyed the river, lake and casinos.
