The best thing about this hotel is its proximity to the Northside Hospital. It is about a five minute drive. The person at check-in acted like I was a bit of a burden. The room was OK and was relatively clean. They should provide more than just a small bar of soap. There was no soap in the lobby bathroom. At breakfast, the eggs are the packaged scrambled variety which are tasteless. All-in-all, it's just an average hotel in a great location.

The room was very clean, but the bathroom sink and tub faucets did not seem to be installed properly. All the staff was helpful. Breakfast was fresh and there were plenty of choices.
