Pretty bad

Not clean, bathroom door was broken, tv wasn’t reliable on every channel, musty smell. Needs updating and proper cleaning.

I was stunned by the run-down state of the hotel. They claim breakfast is included but on my first morning none was available 45 minutes before their "set" breakfast close time. My room was so drafty the heater didn't work even after I complained, and they installed a seemingly new one. The elevator did not work for the entirety of my stay and the emergency stairs were filthy and had leaky precarious water everywhere. I definitely will avoid this hotel next time I am in town.

Dirty, old, questionable if sheets are changed, peeling paint and many other issues. My surprise was to see that children under 18 could not stay there. Gee, I wonder why. We left and asked for a refund at the desk. They said they couldn’t do that because Expedia made the reservation.

Disgusting

Place was disturbingly disgusting!!! The smell in the place was awful. The curtains had black plaint all over them, mold and dirt in the window sills . The shower had broken parts , the TV didn’t work and there was an empty dirty Tupperware under the bed. Only clean thing in the room was the fridge. I had to ask for more towels , only gave us one towel for a family of 3.

Stay cheap, ut you get what you pay for

Under new management but probably should be knocked down and a new hotel be built. Room was not clean and the shower was just not clean.

Area was fine since hotel is near the city and also has shopping close by. I was there for 5 days with limited heat and no wifi. Breakfast was very limited and lacked kitchen utensils, condiments, etc. Felt uncomfortable with outsiders in and around the premise. Staff was pleasant and tried to accommodate us with a room change.

While our room was large and had many windows, the heater couldn't keep up. We had to ask twice for a blanket that wasn't on the bed. The whole place needed a major update. On the plus side the room rate was reasonable for what we received.

Would not recommend. Wash clothes had brown stains, towels didn’t smell fresh. Around the sink and bathtub had black mold. The chair was dirty and the arm was broken. Also the sink was clogged.
