The hotel was extremely run down and noticeably dirty. The room we were given was supposed to be a large room with a queen bed, but it was no bigger than approximately 18×18 and only had a full‑size bed. The hair dryer in the bathroom could not be used because there was no outlet in the bathroom at all. We also did not have a coffee pot, an ice bucket, or even plastic cups. The microwave and refrigerator did not work, and the floor was dirty. The continental breakfast was very disappointing. Only cold, regular coffee was offered, and when we called ahead to confirm our reservation, we specifically asked what the breakfast included and whether decaf coffee was available. Cheerios, Raisin Bran, and Froot Loops do not qualify as a continental breakfast. There was no creamer or milk for anyone who could drink regular coffee, and no juice options were provided. We even called around to find another hotel or place to stay, but everything in the area was fully booked due to the rabbit and cavy show being held at the Lebanon Expo Center this weekend. Unfortunately, we had no alternative.

Pictures online are misleading. That's not what the lobby or inside the hotel looks like. There were slot machines in the lobby! And clearly had residents living there. The restaurant was not open. The worst part was that there was a live mouse in our room the 2nd night. I wish I had read reviews before about how bad it was. We stayed here because my friend picked it. We will never go back.

I paid for 3 people and I ask for a king size bed They charged me for it but instead I got a queen size room I brought my wife and kid and I ended up sleeping on the floor for that reason I had to tell my wife to go back home also there was problems with the hot water They told me they were going to take care of my problem but never said a word to me and I spoke to them twice . When we checked in we were informed that our room didn’t have a working tv and maybe it could be replaced the next day. It was replaced, but the first night was unacceptable especially since we also had no hot water. This is a large property with breakfast provided. The other diners at breakfast seemed to be long-term residents that were otherwise homeless
