Staff were extremely helpful and friendly, excellent breakfast options, water provided in room daily. Room air conditioning was amazing!! Bathroom had a terrible smell of sewage and hot water took ages to work.

Unfortunately we didnt get the room we asked for. We asked for a queen bed (10 year anniversary) which was on the booking and got 3 singles bed in room. they pushed 2 together so we had a edge in the middle. Was offered to move rooms for extra $300 room was same. No towels had to ask. We had mould and then day 3 had mushrooms growing out the ceiling behind air-conditioning told staff but nothing happened. We ended up sick for 3 days wouldnt stay here again
