We only had 2 towels for 4 people. 2 adults and 2 small children. We asked for more and were told that they were out and wouldn't have any until the next day at 11. Next day rolls around, we go to our baby shower, for my first grand baby, that's why we were there. We come back to the hotel and ask for towels and were told that they were in the dryer then. It was WAY past 11. We go to our room to take a nap before we go out to dinner with my son and daughter in law and our toilet was stopped up!!!! We decided we would tell the front desk as we were leaving for dinner. We did so and she offered to switch us rooms for the like 7 to 8 hours that we had left. Umm, no, give me a dang plunger and I'll take care off it myself. Then I asked for the towels because the little one needed a bath and she told me that she wasn't allowed to give me any because we already were given some earlier that morning. NO!! I asked for some but wasn't given any. After a little back and forth she brought me 2 more towels. So..... 4 towels for 4 people for 2 days! Plus I had to fight for them or it would have been just 2 towels for 4 people for 2 days. Very poor service to stand there and argue over towels!!!!

The first room was unacceptable it was out of service then they moved me to a different room with no hot water..breakfast choices were horrible.. I feel as though they should upgrade to internet TVs.The staff was very helpful and polite..the room i was moved to was beside the laundry room…it was very noisy…overall I wouldn’t recommend this particular hotel
