The room was super clean Thank you.. The room needed some repairs.The mirrored closet doors were not in place, the knob on top of the lamp shade was missing and the second drawer of the long bureau would not stay closed..Just minor repairs..

The room was very large and comfortable beds but there was so little lighting it was dark. Only a light at entrance ( with 1 burnt out bulb) and a small lamp near bed. Nothing else and it made the room less inviting. Also very little furniture so kinda cold forboding feeling.

Unimpressed with a Coast property not having complementary coffee/water The website said that construction was to be done in October 2025, it is December 30th and there are boxes and renovation items all over the halls and common space. Zero material, in the room, for activities in the area, no note pad, no pen, etc. Mold growing in the bathroom tiles/grout. Dirty floors. Dirty air conditioning/heating unit. Dirty coffee maker. Light bulbs missing in bathroom, burnt out lightbulbs

Check in was good. The staff was efficient and friendly. The hotel room was dated, the bathroom sink did not drain. It may have been due to cold weather or renovations but was inconvenient. Front desk staff did provide a new room. No water glasses were provided in rooms, not even plastic ones. Overall not satisfied with hotel

The rooms had recently been renovated but still need a little TLC. The bed was nice but the other furniture was of low quality. Both TVs in our room had the cables dangling well below the tvs. The bathroom has a built in fan but no switch to control turn it on.
