The first bedroom I went in had a giant stain on the carpet, the bench was all stained and the tub had something in the bottom of it. The chair in the room also had spill stains on it as well. I did call down to the front desk and the lady put me in a different room which was nicer but there was also crumbs on the floor, coffee splatter stains up the wall.... I did not feel this hotel was clean. I do appreciate the lady at the front desk and the staff I did see.

Old and worn. Minimal toiletries. No room service. Ordered to eat in and had to pick up myself at on site restaurant. Waited 10 mins beyond time it was supposed to be ready for pick up. No napkins provided. Food was good though.

We stayed in the two queen / pull out bedroom and it was very spacious. The room was clean and we found it very quiet. Not super fancy but budget friendly. Bonus was the restaurant on site - delicious food!

The room itself was big and clean, however the carpet was dirty enough that we kept our shoes on. The building was very clean. Staff were excellent. We had no connection on our TV so we received a reduction in the room rate. Bonus!

We got into our $150 dollar room, it’s smelled awful like sewage and old dirt and we were instantly uncomfortable. We were “upgraded” from our double queen bed to a single kind bed. The toilet was covered in dried urine but I just cleaned it myself and didn’t mention it as we’re had just drove all day and by the time they “upgraded” us it was 2 am.

Parking was terrible since it was the car show weekend but no one at the hotel mentioned this would be an issue after we made our reservation, would be nice to inform the guest prior to arrival that their is a giant car show in the free parking area
