Some minor damage in the suite. Carpet coming apart by the bathroom and door trim for bathroom too. Bed was very comfy Nice pillows. Blackout curtains gave us a long sleep.

Decent bed, soft towels, good shower, restaurant onscene. Pool but no hot tub sadly. Plenty of plugs in the room. Building is old but functional. Staff are friendly. Price is right for what you get.

The gentleman working the front desk Aug 31 at around 7pm was excellent helpful in assisting us. If we go back to Lethbridge Alberta we know where we’re going to be staying again.

Bar emptied into parking lot to party at 2. Very noisy. ALOT of drug use and homeless surronding hotel. Sad. Did not feel safe. Hotel could use a paint. And more security. And move gross dumpsters.

The hotel itself is mid-level meh. Hallway carpets were disgusting. The rooms were clean enough, and there were no bedbugs which is an extra bonus. The staff are friendly and accommodating. The area surrounding the hotel is absolutely terrible. I’ve never seen so many homeless people in one spot and I live in Regina, which is saying a lot. Definitely not worth the price I paid per room. Would not recommend.

Our stay was good. We enjoyed the pool though it was a bit chilly. Cell service was not good and wifi didn’t work well. Other than that, no issues.
