Room was clean but the carpet was dirty worn and with holes. The hotel is rundown. Needs lots of work. The staff we met were not friendly or helpful.

Old and dated and severely uncleaned. Previous Guest Hair in the shower drain and along the shower walls. I feared of bed bugs by taking one look. Probably was none, but that didn’t help when I couldn’t fall sleep. I would avoid this hotel.

When we arrived kids were really enjoying the pool. The front desk clerk was new, couldn’t find our reservation, even though I showed it to her on my phone. Was told we took the last room, rate was 2x what was quoted on Expedia. Room was ok, light was unplugged so had to move the dresser to plug it in, found trash behind it. Bed was comfortable, heat & air conditioning worked. Property is old & not well maintained. PS no elevator for 87 yr old Mother.

Check in was good. Rooms are outdated but otherwise was fine. That was comfortable and air conditioner was cold and we were just looking for a room for a night anyway. Lady at the front desk was really super nice check-in was a breeze. Room was fairly clean for being outdated

They were suppose to offer a continental Breakfast and all that was there was two stale container of Cereal a couple hard as rock Bagels and some dried out bread for Toast. Very disappointing

I’ve stayed in this hotel multiple times for baseball tournaments. The quality has improved drastically. The staff is always super helpful and very friendly.
