Our family stayed over night for an tournament in Louisville. The person who checked us in greeted us friendly and explained what the hotel had to offer. Told us exactly where to locate our room. The room was clean and nicely decorated. The hotel was quite. The beds where comfortable. We didn't visit the pool or gym. Check out went quickly and smoothly.

The room was great we used the pull out couch and the mattress was very dirty. We had to empty our garbage and bring it downstairs because housekeeping does not come everyday. We booked the hotel for the pool which was miserably cold and unable to use it which we told to the front desk who said they would pass on to maintenance. Next day went back to the pool which was still miserably cold.
