The rooms were very nice and well appointed. There was plenty of counterspace and it was updated with plenty of charging options. I would definitely stay again and probably will.

Good stay, small problems.

Room was nice and lobby was nice and clean with games to borrow. Outside we utilized the tables for card games. The shower was VERY slippery though, my girlfriend and I had close calls! Definitely needs to be addressed. The bathroom sink also doesn’t drain the best. Thanks!

The front desk was very accommodating when we left a day early. Location is great. Room service is not done while you stay there (I requested and was denied). No amenities like hot tub. Rooms were tight. Not a bad choice but clearly not a Travellers Choice award level which is the main reason why I picked the place. In the past that award meant something. For me, not anymore.

No elevator but just a 2 story hotel. Very clean. Restaurant across the street called Moguls was just ok but not much else around. Room was spacious and bathroom had dryer, shampoo, conditioner and shower gel.

Great stay!

Great stay! Rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable. Coffee provided in the room and in the pantry area. Even though there was no free breakfast... there were items available in the pantry for purchase. There was also a place walking distance nearby for dinner and drinks. Friendly staff!

Our dog was treated like a King!

Our dog was treated like a king! When we arrived we discovered a pendleton wool dog pad, two dog bowls and poop bags. How welcoming!

The Mountain Inn is a nice place. In the summer when we were there, there isn't a lot of things to do nearby, but you're not too far from the North Shore, which is beautiful. The snack room is stacked, but there isn't a breakfast available, though lots of places nearby that are good. Thanks for a comfortable clean stay.

The chairs and counter / bar/ were wrong - heights didn't work. My wife was put off by the mildew above the shower. The first floor could hear every step of those above.

The room was full of cigarette smoke and they tried to light a candle before we got there to cover it up. They did give a full refund but still created an issue as we nedded a place to stay.
