The window seat upholstery is obviously stained from adult behavior. It isn't made to be cleaned. Ice bucket hadnt been cleaned and was cracked. Requested xtra towels and pillows at reservation and online checkin, still had to go get them from front desk who was doing everything herself. It was ok

This is a worn out property. Needs paint. Two trips to the desk to get keys that work. My fault for booking here. Should have known with the low room rate. I didn’t stay. The front desk has a plexiglass shield around it like a gas station in a bad neighborhood. Could not talk to the desk clerk without bending over and talking through the hole! Creepy!!
