I booked a two-night stay through Expedia, but the hotel treated it as two separate one-night reservations. This meant I was required to check in and out each day instead of simply staying in the same room. At 11 a.m., housekeeping came in insisting that I check out. I explained that I had booked two nights, but they didn’t understand. Shortly after, the front desk called and told me the same thing—that I had two single-night bookings instead of one continuous two-night stay. Because of this frustrating experience, I chose not to stay the second day and will not be staying at a Wyndham property again.

Horrible! Stay away.

The quality of this hotel is terrible. Old, dingy, smells, moldy/musty, room looked like it was poorly updated- sloppy paint. Felt icky and creepy. Also not cheap for what we got. Went to desk seeking help and no one was there. At check in, I had already done everything online and it still took a long time to finish up. Elevator is one leg away from full failure. Walls are thin and could hear neighbors a little. Pool area looked gross- moldy and unkept. Did not dare to get a closer look. Do not recommend!
