As a repeat customer I was very happy overall with my stay. I was disappointed that for during my time frame the men’s steam room & sauna was out of service yet the room price remained the same. It is one of the key reasons I stay at this property I also revisited the Our Land bar/ restaurant & was very pleased with the attentive service & staff after prior below par experiences.

Great for an early flight (6:45 am) out of Auckland. The free shuttle service is excellent and runs pretty much 24/7. There is nothing around the hotel in terms of shops or restaurants, but the onsite facilities are good with a bar and restaurant providing good quality, reasonably priced food and drinks. You can leave your car in the massive carpark for long or short stay at a price per day.
