It is an excellent hotel. The only downsides were the A/C which was hard to control and no food except breakfast. Breakfast was excellent and the bar prices were very reasonable.

All the staff were warm and welcoming and were able to assist with any questions we had. The breakfast included in our stay was awesome! We come to Ohio 1x per year and will deff be back! Also shoutout to Starsha who checked us in upon arrival. She was great!

People are wonderful!

The people that work there were Amazing. Very nice and helpful and I would have given a 5 star but the last night an unruly drunken woman woke us up twice so that why I took the one star off. We didn’t get any sleep and she should have been thrown out. We had 600 miles to travel that day. We like quiet.

The pool is great! The kids love that it is a deeper pool and outside. Hot water trouble but the staff and manager were exceptional! Thanks for a great stay two weekends in a row 😁

The hotel was easy to find and no problem with parking. Check in was delayed as our reservation was misplaced but nothing more significant than that. The room was very clean and plenty of pillows for 2 to share. The room had a mini fridge & microwave which was handy. The continental breakfast was excellent! Eggs were delicious and so were the potatoes.

This hotel was absolutely clean . When you walked into the hotel the aroma was amazing. The staff was very friendly and gave great customer service . I would definitely recommend this hotel and I will not hesitate to stay here again . Also very close to down town restaurants.

Staff was very friendly, the hotel was exceptionally clean. The rooms smelled very clean we loved that about this location. We did not particularly care that the neighbors had a dog that barked any time it heard a noise. It woke us up a few times and was a little irritating. If we stay here again we will be sure to ask not to put us around anyone with barking dogs. Otherwise I have nothing but good things to say about this hotel.
