Me and my family stayed here due to bad weather all over our state and we loved it ‼️❤️ the pool was the most fun.. breakfast was great and our room was cleaned yo perfection and incredibly comfortable. We will definitely be back!

Not what it once was

The staff was great with the exceprion of housekeeping. We ask 2 different housekeepers for clean towels and ended up calling the front desk to get them. We also had to go downstairs to the desk to pick up the fresh towels. Elevator was half broken meaning we were unable to use it going down,it would only go UP from floor 1 to 3. We usually enjoy staying here but the hotel seems to have gone downhill in the last year and a half.

A wonderful Time

It was great. The staff was welcoming and loved to joke around. Bathrooms and beds were clean and the cable (DirectTV) was a nice plus. Breakfast was satisfying with hot food and decent coffee.

The hotel is located in a nice, quiet area. Minutes away from several restaurants and the horse races. A few minutes outside the main shopping area but overall would recommend to others.

Property is ok, but you can smells the pool chlrine too much, room 422 wasnt cleaned tub was dirty and kind greasy, ac didnt work, has 2 tstats one on the wall that showing nothing and the buttons on the unit that didnt do anything, was really bad trying to sleep with out air , because we reserved the room thru expedia they can do anything about it, so I paid 200 dls for a a bad room , very bad , I just gave my money to somebody in expedia that sold me a real bad room, very disapointed.

Staff was friendly. Food was okay, depending on the day. Disappointed with them not serving breakfast on New Year's Day, especially since we have stayed there on New Year's Day previously, and they served breakfast then. Plus, there was no refund for not getting breakfast. We were told by a note tapped to the elevator door the night before New Year's Day that they wouldn't be serving breakfast. Plus, they charged our bank account the full stay amount even before we checked in and charged more after we checked in for "incidentals."
