Charged $60 deposit after paying in app.

So, not supposed to be charged by the hotel after paying on the app. However, you will be forced to pay a $60 deposit that will be "refunded" even though mine is yet to be. They claim it is for damages that happen because according to them my card information is hidden by Hotels.com. I have pictures of the receipt and room.

The room was freezing when we got there, the floor in the room was soo dirty that u had to wipe your feet off before getting into bed. The fridge froze our drinks and food. The shower head was broken and water pressure was horrible bc of it....
