The staff were very accommodating- we were able to check in a little earlier than expected. The first room did have some issues but they resolved those and moved us to a different room. In near future there will be some areas they need to replace/renovate but overall it was a very nice stay and met our family needs.

I guess when your tired its ok. When we checked in she didn't smile once. We got to our room and the shade was broken. The bed i dont think was a queen. We slept good. The water was cold right when i put the shampoo in my hair.

The guest laundry was dirty, needing to be swept and mopped. The appliances had been used to wash and dry pet bedding as the full lint trap and washer had dog hair in them. The soap/softener dispenser was moldy and dirty.

Average stay, not bad.

The stay was fine. While the original room had a faulty tv, they promptly switche me to a new room. The room was a little musty but settled down when the air was turned on.

Front desk clerk on nights was pleasant and helpful. The parking, lobby, and overall view of hotel was okay. Our room appeared dirty. Sheets and bedding were clean and made but otherwise run down. Bathroom mirror was dirty; caulking in tub needs replaced, bathroom floor was sticky and visible soiled. Worked for a quick shut eye, but for the price point I certainly expected better facility.

Poor experience.

It needed refreshed paint everywhere, the entrance plaster was cracked or missing, some spackle and no paint. The shower grout was dirty, cracked and stained. The pool was disgustingly dirty, no chlorine smell, “stuff” and wads of hair floating everywhere. It had a nasty smell. Pool needed a new paint and repair. No one was at desk when I arrived, approximately 4:30 pm ish, I rang bell and someone sitting in the office yelled “what do you want?” When I said I wanted to check in, they came out and did so, not at all friendly. When I went to check out around 9:25 am the next day, no one was at the desk, I went out loaded my car, came back in and still no one was there, so I rang the bell waited about 5 minutes and noone came so I turned in my cards and left.
