Tap water flow was not good as it was adjusted too slow. Not sure why, maybe for conserving the water for all the irrigation area. but it was not acceptable for a hotel use like that. However, the showing water was better. Hopefully the tap water experience can be improved.

Overall a decent stay, however, cleanliness needs improvement: bed sheets and towels have stains and hair embedded within. Showers are very small with no room to turn or bend. Shower water pressure is extremely low and takes 3x more time to rinse off.

We’ve stayed with UBC for many times, and I have recommended this place to friends before. But I think this is the last time we stay here. I understand the ideology of being environmentally friendly. But during our stay, the A/C never got to my target temperature which is within the range that they promised. And the slow flow of water is just ridiculous. It does not reduce water I need to fill my water bottle, it just makes the filling up of bottle a lot longer.
